Opened up my emails yesterday from TWIA @twia_official... "Congratulations! You are a North West Regional Finalist in TWIA 2024!" Established in 2011, TWIA is the only regional and national client-voted awards in the UK wedding industry, so these are a BIG deal in the world-of-Wedding-Cake-Making (!) Being acknowledged helps raise my businesses profile and it can be an extremely valuable networking opportunity. Obviously, winning one has its perks too ;-) As soon as I heard the Nominations had opened earlier in the year, I sent a message to all my amazing Wedding Couples who were eligible to consider nominating me for the Wedding Cake category.
#TWIA24NW are taking place on Nov 7th 2023 at Mitton Hall, Clitheroe...so it'll be a very quick turnaround for me straight from Cake International (Nov 3-5...but I'm looking to be there Nov 2-6)...it'll be a great night & I'm so proud to be in such amazing & talented company with fellow Finalists...good luck to everyone @boutiquebakery_chester @creaturesofhabitcakery @emmastewartcakedesign @natalies_cakes_and_bakes @thekiltedcakecompany @zigzagcakescheshire
