Wedding Consultations & Quotes

There is an initial consultation Fee of £20 for a 1hr design consultation appointment / a Fee of £40 for a 1hr design consultation appointment + cupcake samples (4 Original Cupcake* Flavours...Speciality/Bespoke will incur additional charges) + other Options below in the Enquiry Form.

The Fee must be paid in full on approval of the agreed date/time & within 3 days of consultation to allow for the baking of samples (not inclusive of UK Public Holidays).

The consultation Fee is to be paid via Internet Banking
OR PayPal payment ('Trusted/Friends & Family' Option only
so no charges are incurred on either side).

If you wish to change your consultation appointment, please allow a minimum of 3 days' notice prior to the date. After this time the fee will not be refunded.

If you wish to cancel your consultation appointment, please allow a minimum of 3 days' notice prior to the date. After this time the fee will not be refunded.

If you do not show up for an arranged consultation/sample collection the fee/s will not be refunded & cupcakes will be kept for a maximum of 2 days after initial Collection Date.

Once you have decided on your Cakes/Cupcakes design & approved the quote etc....a deposit is required to secure the date with your order in the JJCakes diary.
A further Consultation can be arranged if you wish, as this also gives you/me the chance to discuss any further details you may want regarding the final design/s. This further 1-hour consultation is then Free once the deposit is received. Any further consultation sessions are charged at a Fee of £20, this will apply for each additional 1hr.
Extra Cupcake* Sample box/es can be purchased for £10/Box of 4.

For Wedding Cakes/Cupcakes (only) quotes over £200 (NOT including Stand/Personalised Items Bought/Wrappers etc.../Delivery & Setup charges), £10 (from any Initial Consultation Fee) + £10 (from any Initial Cupcake Sample Fee) will be deducted from your final Cakes/Cupcakes quote if you choose to use JJCakes as your Wedding Cake Maker.
