You’ll get to say “I do” in one of two stunning Grade II listed buildings, surrounded by 130 acres of award-winning zoological gardens and over 37,000 of the most incredible and endangered animals on earth.
Our showpiece wedding venue, The Square, is an extension of our existing Grade II listed stable block that has stood at the heart of Chester Zoo since opening day in 1931. Several historical features have been preserved to retain the rich history and character of the building.
The Oakfield lies at the centre of Chester Zoo, both physically and in our history. It’s here where it all started for our zoo. Beautifully restored with intricate wood panelling, historic photos and views out onto the gardens, it is the perfect place to make your vows.
